Assigning Courses to Staff (Important Information for Managers)

How to Set Up Training for Staff

Purchasing training for employees, please read the section below carefully to ensure courses are assigned correctly.

If you are purchasing training for staff, each learner must have their own individual account and login to ensure certificates are issued correctly.

Courses and certificates are linked to the account used to complete the training. If staff use the manager’s login, certificates will be issued in the manager’s name and cannot be reassigned.

  • Do not share login details between staff
  • Each learner must complete the course using their own account
  • Certificates are automatically generated using the logged-in user’s name

To ensure certificates are issued correctly, please follow these steps:

Important – Read Before Assigning Training

Courses and certificates are linked to the account used to complete the training.
For staff training, each learner must have their own login.

✔ Option 1: Individual Staff Accounts (Recommended for Small Teams)

  1. Ask each staff member to create their own account using their name and email address
  2. Staff can register here: ( Log In or Register )
  3. Courses will be assigned to each individual account once registration is complete.
 

If you have purchased courses and need them assigned to staff accounts, please contact us with the staff names and email addresses and we will complete this for you.

✔ Option 2: Group Training for Teams

If you are training multiple staff members, we strongly recommend using our Group Training options as per the below instructions. This is the easiest and most efficient way to manage staff training.

This allows you to:

  • Add staff members using their email addresses
  • Assign courses to each learner
  • Track progress and completion
  • Ensure certificates are issued in the correct name

Group training also ensures certificates are issued correctly and saves time managing multiple learners.

Group Training Instructions – Step By Step!

Step 1 – Register or Log Into Your Account

Please register an account or log in here:

Step 2 – Purchase Group Training

Visit our discounted courses Group Training page here:

Select the course required and choose the number of learner seats needed.

Important: Please ensure you add a Group Name during purchase.

Step 3 – Access Your Group Dashboard

Once your purchase is complete and you are still logged in, Visit Your Groups Dashboard Here:

This is your Group Dashboard where you can:

✔ Add staff members
✔ Add learner email addresses
✔ Assign purchased courses
✔ Monitor learner progress
✔ Manage training records

Once learners are added, course access instructions will be emailed directly to them.

Important Information

✔ Each learner must use their own email address and login
✔ Certificates are automatically generated in the learner’s name
✔ Please ensure all learner details are entered correctly

 

I Don’t Want To Use Group Training

 Alternative Option – We Can Manage It for You

If you prefer not to use Group Training, we can manually assign training for you.

Simply purchase the required number of individual courses here:

Then email us:

✔ Staff full names
✔ Staff email addresses
✔ Course Purchased

We will then assign the training directly to each learner.

Important: Please ensure all names and email addresses are correct, as learner details are copied directly into the training system.

Quiz Not Unlocking?

FlexiLearnHub courses operate in Linear Mode.
This means every lesson must be completed in order before the quiz becomes available.

To unlock your quiz:

• Play each lesson video fully to the end
• Scroll down
• Click the “Mark Complete” button
• Repeat for every lesson
• Ensure the final lesson is also marked complete

The quiz will unlock once all lessons show as completed.

“Mark Complete” Button Not Showing?

This usually happens when:

• The video has not fully finished
• The page was refreshed early
• Internet connection dropped

Solution:

• Replay the video to the final seconds
• Do not skip ahead
• Scroll down after playback
• Click Mark Complete

Progress Not Saving?

Try the following:

• Log out and log back in
• Clear browser cache
• Use Google Chrome
• Avoid private/incognito browsing
• Ensure cookies are enabled

Certificate Not Generating?

Certificates are available only after:

• All lessons are completed
• The quiz has been passed

If the certificate does not appear:

• Log out and log back in
• Revisit the quiz results page
