Launched in 2025 and trading under ASL Catering Agency Ltd, FlexiLearnHub was created to provide practical, accessible online learning that helps individuals develop their professional knowledge and supports organisations with staff development and workplace compliance.

Our growing platform includes CQC-aligned awareness courses, CPD-accredited training, specialist professional courses and more than 80 free Knowledge Hub resources covering key areas of care, compliance, dysphagia and IDDSI, nutrition and hydration, catering and food safety.

Our Story

FlexiLearnHub was founded by Andy Richards and Karen Richards, Directors of ASL Catering Agency Ltd.

With decades of combined experience across the catering, hospitality and care sectors, they recognised the need for straightforward, affordable and accessible professional learning that focuses on knowledge people can apply within real workplace environments.

Their aim was simple: to create an online learning platform that delivers clear, practical and relevant training without unnecessary complexity, while remaining flexible enough to fit around busy working lives.

Since its launch, FlexiLearnHub has continued to expand its course library, employer training facilities and free professional learning resources.
