Digital Course Access
Upon successful payment, learners receive immediate access to course materials, videos, assessments and learning resources.
Because digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available once course access has been granted, except where required by applicable consumer legislation.
Refund Requests
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted where:
• Duplicate purchases have been made in error.
• Technical issues prevent access to purchased content and cannot be resolved.
• A course has been purchased accidentally and no course content has been accessed.
• We are required to provide a refund under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will normally not be provided where:
• Course content has been accessed or substantially completed.
• A certificate has been issued.
• A learner no longer requires the training.
• A learner has failed an assessment or quiz.
• An employer or organisation has enrolled learners who subsequently choose not to complete training.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve any issues before considering a refund request.
Group Training Purchases
Refund requests relating to employer, group or organisational training purchases will be assessed based on the specific circumstances of the purchase and level of course access provided.
