4.2 Learners must complete and pass the relevant quiz within 90 days of enrolment in order to receive a certificate.

4.3 Courses that are CPD Accredited will be clearly identified and display the CPD logo. Certificates are issued upon successful completion.

4.4 Course completion times are indicative only and may vary depending on the learner.

4.5 Course completion and certification are determined by successful assessment outcomes, not by time spent viewing course content. Learners are responsible for engaging with the training materials sufficiently to pass required quizzes and assessments.

5. Enrolment, Payment, and Refunds

5.1 By enrolling in a course, you confirm your intention to purchase and undertake that course.

5.2 All payments are processed securely via our online payment system.

5.3 Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law.

5.4 Access to course content is granted immediately upon successful payment.

6. User Responsibilities
