Everything You Need to Complete Your Training Successfully

Whether you’re studying as an individual or completing training for your employer, this section will help you access your course, complete your lessons, pass your quiz and download your certificate.

Most learners complete their training without any difficulties, but if you need assistance, the guidance below will help answer the most common questions.

Creating Your FlexiLearnHub Account

Before purchasing a course, you’ll need to create your own FlexiLearnHub account using your name and email address.

Your account allows you to:

✔ Access your purchased courses.

✔ Track your learning progress.

✔ Complete quizzes.

✔ Download certificates.

✔ Return to your training at any time during your access period.

Important: Each learner must have their own individual account. Courses, quiz results and certificates are linked to the account used to complete the training.

Logging Into Your Account

To begin your training, simply log in using the email address and password you used when registering.

Once logged in, visit My Profile & Courses, where you’ll find all the courses assigned to your account.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset it.

Accessing Your Courses

After logging in, your purchased or assigned courses will appear in My Profile & Courses.

Simply select the course you wish to complete and begin learning.

If a recently purchased course doesn’t appear immediately, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in again. If you still can’t see your course, please contact our support team.

Completing Your Training

FlexiLearnHub courses are designed using Linear Progression, meaning lessons are completed in sequence.

To successfully complete your course:

✔ Watch each lesson in full.

✔ Scroll to the bottom of the lesson page.

✔ Click Mark Complete.

✔ Continue to the next lesson.

Once every lesson has been marked as complete, your quiz will automatically become available.

Quiz Not Unlocking?

Your quiz will only become available after every lesson within the course has been completed.

To unlock your quiz:

✔ Watch each lesson until the end.

✔ Scroll to the bottom of the lesson page.

✔ Click Mark Complete.

✔ Repeat this for every lesson in the course.

✔ Ensure the final lesson has also been marked as complete.

Once all lessons have been successfully completed, the quiz will automatically become available.

Tip: If you’ve completed every lesson but your quiz is still locked, try refreshing the page or logging out and back into your account.

Can’t See the “Mark Complete” Button?

If the Mark Complete button isn’t visible, it’s usually because the lesson hasn’t been completed correctly.

Try the following:

✔ Allow the lesson video to play until the very end.

✔ Avoid refreshing the page before the lesson finishes.

✔ Scroll to the bottom of the page after the lesson has finished.

✔ Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

If the button still doesn’t appear, refresh the page and replay the final few seconds of the lesson.

Progress Not Saving?

If your lesson progress doesn’t appear to be saving:

✔ Log out and back into your account.

✔ Refresh your browser.

✔ Clear your browser cache if necessary.

✔ Ensure cookies are enabled.

✔ We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge or Safari.

Avoid using private or incognito browsing modes, as these can sometimes prevent progress from being stored correctly.

Downloading Your Certificate

Certificates become available automatically once:

✔ Every lesson has been completed.

✔ The end-of-course quiz has been successfully passed.

To download your certificate:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Open the completed course.
  3. Visit the course completion or quiz results page.
  4. Select Download Certificate.

If your certificate doesn’t appear, try refreshing the page or logging out and back into your account.

Everything You Need to Manage Staff Training

Whether you’re purchasing training for a small team or managing learning across a larger organisation, FlexiLearnHub’s Group Training system makes it simple to assign courses, monitor learner progress and manage staff training records from one central location.

This section explains the different training options available and provides guidance on setting up and managing your Group Training account.

Choosing the Right Training Option

FlexiLearnHub offers two ways to provide training for your staff.

Option 1 – Individual Learner Accounts

Ideal for small teams.

Each learner creates their own FlexiLearnHub account before purchasing or being assigned a course.

This option is suitable when only a small number of staff require training.

Option 2 – Group Training (Recommended)

Ideal for organisations training multiple employees.

Group Training allows employers to:

✔ Purchase multiple learner places.

✔ Add staff members.

✔ Assign training.

✔ Monitor learner progress.

✔ View training records.

✔ Ensure certificates are issued in each learner’s own name.

For most employers, Group Training is the quickest and most efficient way to manage staff learning.

Why Every Learner Needs Their Own Account

Every learner must complete their training using their own individual FlexiLearnHub account.

This ensures:

✔ Learning progress is recorded correctly.

✔ Quiz results are linked to the correct learner.

✔ Certificates are generated in the learner’s own name.

✔ Training records remain accurate for employers.

Important: Staff should never share login details or complete courses using another person’s account, as certificates cannot be transferred once issued.

Setting Up Group Training

After purchasing Group Training, log into your FlexiLearnHub account using the email address you used when placing your order.

“Once your Group Training account has been configured, authorised Group Leaders can access the Team Mgmt & Reporting area to manage learners, assign courses and monitor progress.”

✔ Add learners.

✔ Assign courses.

✔ Monitor learner progress.

✔ View reports.

✔ Manage your organisation’s training records.

Adding learners is simple—just use each employee’s own email address so they receive access to their assigned training.
