Module 3 – Recognising Concerns & Responding in Practice

Module 4 – Reporting, Recording & Escalation
Internal Reporting Procedures, Documentation Standards, Whistleblowing & Duty of Candour, Escalation Procedures.
Module 5 – Section 42 & Multi-Agency Safeguarding
Understanding Section 42 Enquiries, Local Authority Responsibilities, Multi-Agency Safeguarding, Information Sharing & Confidentiality.
Module 6 – Mental Capacity, Best Interests & DoLS
Mental Capacity Act Principles, Capacity Assessments, Best Interests Decisions, DoLS Awareness.

Certification
This course provides CQC-aligned safeguarding training designed to support inspection readiness and safe care practices.
On successful completion learners receive a Certificate of Completion confirming safeguarding awareness training.
Annual refresher training is recommended as part of ongoing professional development.
