This course introduces awareness of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) Framework and explains the importance of:

- understanding dietary requirements

Flexible Online Learning
The course is delivered through short, focused video lessons, each under five minutes in length.
This format allows staff to complete training around shift patterns and busy workloads.

Course Access and Completion
Once registered, learners receive 12 months access to the course.
The course quiz must be completed within 90 days, allowing learners to work around their commitments while progressing through the training.
The quiz requires a minimum pass mark of 80%. Learners who do not pass on their first attempt may retake the quiz.
Upon successful completion, learners receive an ASL course completion certificate, valid for 12 months.

This course is a paid, awareness-based training programme.
It is suitable for:

However, it does not replace mandatory training, regulated qualifications, or workplace-specific instruction.
