Founded by Andy and Karen Richards, Directors of ASL Catering Agency Ltd.
This platform draws upon many years of experience working within the catering, hospitality and specialist care catering sectors. Through supporting care homes, healthcare providers, hospitality businesses and catering operations, they recognised the growing demand for practical online training that can be completed around busy working schedules.
